Either way I don’t want to wake up from you......
Accessories are a key ensemble piece in completing an outfit for me. There is something about the right accessories that makes any look stand out. I have a healthy obsession for gold, but an obsession nonetheless, so I went all out with this ASOS gold wide plate and elastic waist belt. It was like a dream when I saw it, pure golden bliss!!!
After endless debates with myself on whether or not I should keep this dress (worn as a top), I decided to pair it with this animal print skirt from Arden B. I’m always finding new items to incorporate in the trend of mixing prints. An easy way to mix prints is to have two of the same base colors and allow the prints to be whatever color or design you like.

I was here, I lived, I loved......

I love to be versatile when I’m styling my clothing. I cannot be confined to one particular style. I love to draw inspiration from all trends, cultures, and the places that I visit. This Fall I’m taking pleasure in dressing in earth tones like nude and brown. One of my all time favorite items to wear during this season is leggings. Leggings are an effortless way to look fashionable. I love to dress them up with over the knee boots, mainly because it’s easier to pull over the knee boots over leggings, but mostly because they are so figure flattering and come in an array of colors, fabrics, and prints.

When I saw this Asos fringe long sleeve bodysuit I knew I needed this item in my closet. I like to select pieces that are unique and will last season after season. Another item that I consider unique and long lasting is my boots. I purchased these boots long ago and they are still in excellent condition. I have a special attachment to these boots. I live for the different details from the frayed edges, to the lace design stitched on the front, to the camouflage wrapped around my knee. Here, I find myself wearing them time and time again.

You see right through me…...

Dabbling in mixing prints is an exciting style, but lately I began to ponder the idea of matching prints. I love how the prints are the same but are lighter and darker versions of each other. The look is bold and not too over the top for daytime. I knew that I needed to break the color up with a bright pop of color, so I decided on this Forever 21 hot pink career jacket. My love for mixing prints is almost equal to my joy of matching prints.  Don’t you just love how the color tone of the print plays off one another? Mixing prints is still supreme, but will you give matching prints a try? I think you will find delight in the look!
